We collect personal information from you. Providing this information is optional and we will respect your privacy should you not wish to share it. The type of information we collect includes :
- Your name
- Your contact information : physical and email addresses and phone number(s)
- Very rarely, your Bank account number (for reimbursement purposes only)
- Your COVID vaccination status (in accordance with NZ Government legislation & only when required)

We collect this information in order to contact you appropriately, and also to keep you updated about related events and other news associated with Tāmaki Community Church.
Besides our staff, we may share this information with volunteer leaders in order to ensure you have access to appropriate practical and emotional support, and communication.
Your information is kept safe in a locked cupboard and secure computer where only certain qualified staff/volunteers have access to it.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. You can do so by contacting The Privacy Officer at office@tcchurch.nz, or 09 527 7444 or PO Box 14-462, Panmure, Auckland 1741.
